During live sales, holidays, launches, or high-volume events, processing times may be extended.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or carrier issues once the package leaves our facility.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Preorder or backorder items may require additional shipping time.

Multiple orders may be combined when possible.
